Frequently Asked Questions
-
Tile, laminate, sealed hardwood, and vinyl. The formula is non-abrasive, so it's gentle on finished surfaces. For unsealed, waxed, or oiled wood, natural stone, or any finish you're unsure about, test a small hidden spot first.
-
It's ready to use, with no mixing or measuring. Pour it into your mop bucket for a full-floor clean, or spray it directly on the floor and wipe for spills and spot cleaning.
-
No. The formula is designed for a streak-free finish with no sticky buildup, so floors dry clean instead of tacky.
-
Yes, on sealed hardwood. Wood doesn't like standing water, so use a well-wrung mop or spray and wipe rather than flooding the floor.
-
It's formulated for homes with kids and pets: fragrance free, bleach free, and made without the nine ingredient categories in the No Nines™ Standard™. As with any cleaning product, store the bottle out of reach of children and pets.
-
It's working. Most floor cleaners use synthetic fragrance to signal "clean," but fragrance is one of the nine ingredient categories we never include. No scent means no hidden fragrance chemicals left behind on the floors your kids and pets spend the most time on.
